DAN FERGUSSON

Dan is an early stage startup leader and currently the Head of International Business at Glean, a rapidly growing Generative AI Search startup that has raised over $350m from investors like Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed and General Catalyst. Glean helps employees to find the knowledge they need to work, with a Google / ChatGPT experience, connected to all their corporate knowledge. Dan joined Glean while the startup was in stealth, to help find product market fit and then bring it to the world, growing the go-to-market team from 3 to 150+ employees, and revenue from $1m to $40m in just over two years. Previous to Glean, Dan was a sales leader at multiple Canadian startups, notably at Helpful, (acquired by Shopify in 2018), and at Vision Critical (aka. Alida), one of Canada’s preeminent technology companies from 2010-2016.
