Volunteering is a great opportunity for networking. We have numerous roles available from room coordinators to greeters to setup crew.
APRIL 15 – SETUP AND WELCOME RECEPTION
APRIL 16 & 17 – CONFERENCE
Volunteers must be available for 2 out of the 3 days, for a minimum total of 8 hours each day. Breakout Room Coordinators must be available for both conference days from 10am-4pm.
Have a hand in making the conference come to life! Participation ranges from setting up décor on the main stage or in the seminar rooms, to assisting exhibitors with their booths, to organizing the registration desk.
Be the first face our attendees see when they arrive to our multiple social events.
Assist with printing badges and crowd management.
Be the first face speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees encounter when they arrive at the event.
Assist in printing badges and registering new attendees.
Be an event expert, assisting attendees with general information and directions.
Oversee the operation of 1 of 6 breakout rooms. Assist with setting the stage, helping speakers get mic’ed up in a timely manner and ensure that sessions start and end on time. Bonus: Experience the seminar content as well!
Check people in to the Investor Zone, manage the meeting pods and notify them when they are running close to their end time so that the next people who have booked the pod may use it.
