Sabrina Kon is the Head of Community & Impact at ChopValue, a company that engineers chopsticks into product and design solutions. She oversees and is building the chopstick recycling program across different cities, actively engaging with a large community of restaurants, businesses and chains. She also leads the sustainability strategy and reporting and helps to grow ChopValue’s franchise locations, with a focus on advancing the circular economy.
